Camellia is a gentle soul with a quiet charm believed to have been born in April 2023. This beautiful Domestic Longhair came to us with her kittens and is now ready for a home of her own. Still young herself, Camellia is shy at first and may need some time to come out of her shell — but once she feels safe, her sweet personality begins to shine. She’s best suited for an indoor-only home where she can relax and explore at her own pace. With slow and proper introductions, Camellia can happily share her space with other cats, respectful dogs, or calm, patient children. If you have a quiet, loving home and a little extra patience, Camellia will reward you with quiet companionship and loyal affection. She just needs someone to give her the time and space to bloom. Benld Adopt-A-Pet's Adoption Policy

To adopt you must live within 100 miles of one of our adoption sites (Benld, O’Fallon or Springfield IL), and be at least 18 years of age. We require that you be physically present to make the final adoption arrangements. We also require that all cats be kept indoors, and that all dogs be kept or live indoors, with a secure fenced-in yard or pen for when they are outside, unless otherwise discussed and mutually agreed upon ahead of time. Failure to comply with any of these requirements may constitute sufficient grounds for our reclaiming the adopted animal. In order to adopt, you must first complete an Adoption Inquiry, and upon approval, an Adoption Agreement.
