Cam is an 8-month-old female kitten with a heart as gentle as her beautiful tabby stripes. She was originally going to be a TNR (trap–neuter–release) kitty, which is why she has an adorable little ear tip, but the moment we realized how friendly she truly is, we knew she deserved a real chance at a loving indoor life. <br/><br/>Cam might be shy at first, but her sweetness shines through quickly. She lets us pick her up and hold her in our arms, melting into gentle cuddles once she feels safe. She’s still learning that humans can be trusted, so she’ll need a patient adopter who can give her time and space to settle in — but her curiosity about people grows every day.<br/><br/>This playful girl LOVES toys, especially anything on a fishing pole or wand toy that lets her show off her kitten pounce skills. Once the toys come out, Cam forgets all about being shy!<br/><br/>With steady love, consistent gentle interaction, and a calm home, Cam will absolutely blossom into a more confident, outgoing companion. She already has such a tender spirit — she just needs the right person to help her shine.<br/><br/>Cam is also the sister of Rusty, another friendly youngster in our care, and while they are not required to be adopted together, she may feel even more confident and secure if placed in a home with him. Having her familiar sibling by her side could help her come out of her shell even faster.
