I'm a sweet, two year old boy with a heart full of love. I was found in a feral colony during a Trap Neuter Return program, and at first everyone thought I was feral. I acted feral, but after I was handled, it became clear I just surprised everyone! I'm anything but feral! Once I was handled outside the shelter, I became affectionate and loving, and that is when they reached out to Almost Home to find me a true forever home. I love snuggles, warm laps, and being close to my people. I am calm, loving, and happiest when I am soaking up attention. I am FIV positive, but that does not define me. With a slow and proper introduction, I can live happily with other friendly cats, or I would be just as content as an only kitty soaking up lots of love. I am ready to leave my past behind and start my best life in a safe and loving home. Will you be my forever family? Almost Home Adoptions for rescued cats's Adoption Policy

Please thoroughly read the following information about adopting an Almost Home cat or kitten before submitting a request: All Almost Home cats and kittens come with health records and are dewormed, vaccinated, spayed or neutered, FIV/FeLV tested, and microchipped. Applicants must live within 1 hour of Almost Home Adoptions, and have reliable transportation. Kittens do best when they have a friend! Almost Home kittens are typically adopted as pairs. We adopt out single kittens only when available, and only to homes that already have at least one cat. Please do not ask us to separate bonded pairs; these requests will not be honored. Please do not apply on a whim! Out of consideration for the time and energy of our small adoptions team, we ask that you apply only when certain that you are ready and able to adopt. Fill out the form thoroughly. Incomplete forms will not be considered. Must be 21+. All adoptions will require a home visit (in-person or via Zoom) prior to final approval. If there is a specific cat/kitten that you are interested in, please complete the appointment request form on our website. We are unable to hold cats/kittens, so we cannot guarantee availability.
