As a kitten she was adopted, but the busy home with several cats proved to be too stressful for this sensitive girl. Callie showed her stress by going outside the litter box, even though her family tried everything to help.<br/><br/>Now in a quiet foster home, Callie is thriving and has had no litter box issues at all. It turns out she simply needed peace and a calm space to feel safe.<br/><br/>This sweet and gentle girl loves affection and being petted, and she will happily soak up all the love you're willing to give. Once she adjusts to her environment, she is a total lap cat!! Callie would do best in a quiet home, without cats or dogs, where she can relax and be your sweet, loving companion.<br/><br/>If you are looking for a netflix and chill kind of gal, this little sweet heart is the one for you!<br/><br/>All pets adopted from GDHS are spayed or neutered, have vaccinations brought up to date, are on heartworm preventative (dogs), FIV/FELV tested (cats) and microchipped.<br/>The Greater Derry Humane Society does not have a physical shelter, and all visits are by appointment only.
