Happy Tails Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy
Our adoption fees are $200 for an adult dog and $250 for puppies. Cats and Kittens are $100, You must complete an adoption application on our website. You may visit the shelter anytime to interact with the cats and kittens. Dog and puppy meet and greets are by appointment. You must be 21 years of age or older to adopt. We are located at 1408 McNeil Road in Rock Falls, Illinois, between Dixon Avenue and Route 30.  Easily accessible from Interstate 88. Currently, we are open to the public M, W, F, SA, SU from 8:00 a.m. to Noon .  Our evenings hours are Tuesday and Thursday 4 pm to 7pm.
