Cali's Story

Cali came into our care when she was surrendered by her family, hoping we could find another family with more time for her. She has a big personality, including very sweet times, playful times, and times she wants absolutely nothing to do with anyone (and she'll tell you, first with body language, then with her teeth, though she has shown much improvement through care at the shelter). Additionally, Cali has occasional digestive upset, for which she eats a specialized diet. Cali needs an experienced cat owner, who will learn her mannerisms, respect her boundaries, and love her when she wants to be loved. Cali would not do well around children or other cats.

*Cali has a known bite history and her adopter would need to sign an acknowledgement of it.
