Cagney and Lacey's Story

Cagney and Lacey bonded sisters located in NJ. Almost a year old and STILL looking for their new home!! These girls are absolutely stunning and compliment each other well. They were brought in from a colony in 2024 and are adjusting well to indoor pampered life. Lacey (swirl tabby) is very agreeable. She loves pets and rubs for attention. Cagney (torti) is well, a torti ?. She is shy at first which is typical torti behavior. You must earn their trust they don't give it away! They are both very playful young ladies and well behaved with lots of love to give a new family. They would prefer to find a home together and continue to learn, grow and explore. Together Furever Animal Rescue, Inc.'s Adoption Policy

We require all adopters to fill out an application. We will do an interview on the phone, answer any questions you may have, check references and do a home visit either virtually or in person. Since we highly value and respect our foster's time, an approved application is required before meet. Once application is approved adopter will be able to speak to the foster parent of a pet they are interested in. They can then schedule a visit that is convenient to both adopter and foster to meet. When a match is found and at the time of adoption, adoption fee is paid and you can take your new family member home!

We are a NJ nonprofit completely run by dedicated volunteers. We do everything possible to educate the public about the importance of neuter/spay, TNR to keep colonies under control, and find great homes for the adoptable pets in need.
