He can be found chasing and wrestling with our resident cat, engaging in play with toys or racing around the house. He loves to greet you, play with your shoelaces and purrs the minute you pick him up to give him kisses. But not for long… he will quickly want down to race off to play unless you walk him around the house or walk to a window for him to watch the birds or the dogs.<br/><br/>Butters is dog friendly, we have two labs that he is frequently around. Once Butters tires himself out, he is ready to nap besides you on the couch or on your lap or chest. Butters needs to be adopted into a home with another young cat to play with. <br/><br/>The first step in our adoption process is the application, which can be found on our website, lapcats.org. <br/><br/>All of our cats have tested negative for FELV and are fully vaccinated. They have not only been spayed or neutered but have also been treated for worms, fleas, and have been microchipped.<br/><br/>We will register their microchip for you, provide you with a free exam visit to a participating Sacramento veterinarian, and a goodie bag!
