Buttermilk Pie's Story
BUTTERMILK PIE
10 Years Young
Female
An Incredible Sweetheart/longer hair
Good with other sweet kitties
Spayed, Combo tested/FVRCP/Rabies
Will be microchipped when adopted
Adoption Fee: T.B.D. (A Forever loving home a real gift)
Local Louisville Adoptions

Meet BUTTERMILK ! Sadly her owner developed anaphylaxis to cats and needs to find her a new home. Buttermilk is as sweet as she is beautiful. She loves to lay next to you and get tickles. She may even try to lick your fingers. She is not super active, but will really get into bug-chasing toys and balls on sisal towers. She has manners too! She’s not big on jumping and uses her litter box. She has her claws but is not destructive (she uses the scratching post). She eats her dry food freely (purina pro plan dietetic management). She is completely controlled with diabetic cat food and does not need shots. The vet recommends checking her blood sugar every 3 months and they can complete it at the office or you can check at home if you are comfortable. Since she is 11 years old, vets do recommend visits twice a year.
She loves being the only kitty in the house, but has lived with another cat in the past. She has been around dogs and prefers to hide when they are around. With kids she runs unless they are using gentle touches.
She can’t wait to meet her new FURever family!

Associated Volunteer: Carmi

OWNER LISTING:
?" Buttermilk Pie has been an indoor cat since I adopted her. She was rescued by Operation Catsnip of KY and I adopted her shortly after she was spayed, so I have now had her 10 years." Buttermilk does take Maple Syrup Lysine Gal easily to keep symptoms at bay for ocular herpesvirus. A virus sometimes common with kitties.

Buttermilke Pie really is a gorgeous girl with very thick fur; luxurious fur. Keeping her brushed or groomed will keep that coat healthy. Also a great way to bond with Buttermilk Pie. Buttermilk Pie has been very loved by her owners and taken to the Veterinarian annually. Life changes prompted the owners to seek another loving placement.

At 10 years old Buttermilk Pie can have wonderful years ahead of her with a wonderful family. Did we mention she is incredibly sweet and gentle and really wants to be with her people.
