Butter's Story

Rose, Munchie, and Butter arrived at the shelter together after their owner fell on very difficult times. Their previous owner cared for them deeply but, after losing their home, wanted to ensure the animals they had rescued over the years found a safe place to start over. Though the trio arrived with fleas, they have since been treated and are feeling much better as they prepare for their new lives.

Butter, in particular is a friendly and playful sweetheart. She doesn't love to be carried, but she enjoys plopping herself onto your lap at the end of the day for some cuddles. She's a friendly and playful girl who enjoys the company of all - especially dogs! She thinks she is one of the dogs! She's a little shy here at the shelter, but with time we know she'll open up again.
