Butch's Story

Butch is 3-5 years old, and has already experienced a lot in life. From losing his previous owner to fathering a couple litters, he is tired. He would like to retire. Formerly an outside cat, he's looking to lay on soft sheets and comfy pillows. This timid boy wants love, and is learning how to reciprocate. He will sometimes growl when he is done being pet. (Can you blame him?) Someone with gentle hands and patience to learn his body language is what he needs. He enjoys the company of other cats. He does not, however, like when the rough housing gets too rough. (Again, can you blame him?) Butch needs someone to thank him if he grumbles, instead of thinking he wants to rumble.
