BURGIS-(bk)'s Story

Burgis is the biggest boy of his littermates. He is a quiet and shy boy with a gentle spirit about him. He is playful, but only when he feels safe and familiar with his environment. Burgis comes from a group with 3 other brothers and is by far the most cautious and watchful one. Burgis was caught in a TAR program as a small kitten, so when he was neutered, his ear was tipped. It adds that extra charm to his adorable looks. This is one special boy and in the right home, he should become the best companion and friend. He does great with other friendly cats and would LOVE a feline friend in his new home. He has also had the chance to enjoy a catio recently and really loved it! That would be icing on the cake for Burgis to have a home with a catio.

Burgis lived outdoors as a small kitten where he and the other cats were barked at and chased every day by a couple of big dogs, so he learned to be very cautious of them. He is very nervous around barking and unpredictable behaviors, so we are looking to place him in a calmer home with no small children or high energy dogs.

He is neutered, microchipped, current on vaccines and has been given flea treatment and dewormer. His adoption fee is $175, but there is a $25 discount when adopting a pair of kitties, so if you are looking for two, please check out our other adoptable kittens and cats. Applications are available at www.savingpetsoneatatime.org
