Bunsen's Story

Part adorable feline, part fuzzy scientist, meet Bunsen! A brilliant young tabby with white splots, majestic fluff, and a gloriously overqualified number of toes (he's a polydactyl, which is fancy science-speak for "he has bonus beans"). Born in July 2024 and named after the illustrious Dr. Bunsen Honeydew, this kitten brings the same chaotic energy to your living room as his namesake brought to the Muppet Lab, just with fewer explosions and more purring.

Bunsen is confident, curious, and possibly working on his own secret experiments (the ones where a toy mouse disappears under the couch... forever). He loves kisses, snuggles, being picked up like a little prince, and absolutely insists on sleeping in bed with his humans because duh, science proves snuggles help humans thrive.

While Bunsen is pretty independent, he's best pals with his sister Beaker, who still looks to him for moral support and comedic timing. We'd love to see them adopted together. But if that's not possible, Bunsen would do best in a home with another playful feline assistant... er, friend.

He's been excellent with respectful kids, and would likely live happily with a dog, as long as it knows who's running the lab. He needs regular brushing (for science and style), and we recommend frequent doses of love and toys to keep his hypothesis-testing paws occupied.

So, are you ready for a fluffy genius who will make you laugh, cuddle like a pro, and maybe knock a plant off your table in the name of physics? Adopt Bunsen today! Your personal scientific snuggle study awaits!

Adoption fee: $225
Aprox DoB: July 2024
