They must go home together.<br/><br/>Bunny survived the outdoors for the first few months of his life, being tended to by his momma Beaux and other aunties, all taking care of the kittens in the multiple litters. The neighbourhood feeders decided to nip the breeding cycle in the bud and began trapping all the cats and kittens. To date, the project was an extensive but successful one, and many cats and kittens were rescued, vetted, and placed in foster homes to ready them for a better future with loving families.<br/><br/>Bunny is a shy and timid boy with an adorable snowshoe marking over his nose and an irregular Van-pattern on his head, completed with a black tail. He is as soft and sweet as his name suggests, and responds eagerly to treats and wet food offerings, often the first to finish his meals and hoping to help his brother with his too! As he became more comfortable with having people around, he will engage and play even in noisy environments such as the adoption centre. He licks treats off fingers, and plays with his brother and toys with enthusiasm when the urge strikes. Downtime is spent napping on the cat tree and gazing out the window. He is getting braver everyday, and is following Bento’s lead and trying out laps now that he is convinced that people are pretty cool! <br/><br/>Shy and sweet cats should be cherished for their docile and undemanding presence, and Bunny is a perfect example. Please note that fees may apply for additional required vaccinations (at $75 per booster) due prior to adoption. Total adoption fees will be confirmed by the AVA Adoption Coordinator.<br/><br/>All AVA kittens 12 months or younger must be adopted in pairs or go to a home with another young cat (3 years or younger). Kittens learn from each other how to behave, which helps them turn into well-adjusted adult cats. In general, paired cats have happier and healthier lives because they have a constant companion and playmate. Plus, it's twice the fun for you, and half the work!
