1. Refusal of Placement – Itty Bitty Kitty Committee (IBKC) reserves the right to refuse placement of any animal for any reason. 2. Spay/Neuter Requirement – All cats and kittens are spayed or neutered prior to adoption, with no exceptions. 3. Return Policy – If an adoption does not work out for any reason, the adopter must return the cat to IBKC. This ensures the cat remains safe and under our care until an appropriate new home is found. 4. Home Visits – IBKC reserves the right to conduct a home visit prior to finalizing an adoption to ensure a safe and suitable environment. 5. Declawing Prohibited – Cats adopted from IBKC may never be declawed. Humane alternatives to manage scratching are required. 6. Indoor‑Only Requirement – All adopted cats must be kept indoors only to protect their health, safety, and well‑being.
