Bugsy's Story

Bugsy is a middle-aged fella looking for a warm patch of sun and a safe place to rest his head. He’s a gentle example of when TNR just doesn’t work out. Although he showed up in a managed colony where food was provided, Bugsy was very sick, painfully in need of dental surgery, and extremely thin. It became clear that life on the streets was simply too hard for him.

Now safe and cared for, Bugsy is ready for a quieter indoor life. He could do well with one or two laid-back cats if introduced slowly and properly. He is a bit defensive around his food—understandable given his past—so a home that respects his mealtime space would be ideal.

Bugsy is proof that some cats aren’t meant for the streets… and that a second chance can make all the difference. 🐾

If you’re interested in making Bugsy a part of your family, complete an application at apa-pets.org
