Bueller's Story

Ferris and Bueller are a bonded pair of male siblings. They were found in between a privacy fence and chain-link fence at 6 weeks old. Upon intake it was noticed that Ferris was a little off. He wasn't gaining weight appropriately and was blind. Ferris was eventually diagnosed with a parasite called mycoplasma. It threw him for a loop health wise. He was on meds for 30 days . He went to see a neurologist for his vision issues. He has now received the all clear to be adopted. He is a bonded pair with his seeing eye kitty brother Bueller. Bueller has been by Ferris's side through all of his medical issues. They must be adopted together. When Ferris is gone Bueller cries for his brother. Bueller has protected, cleaned, and cared for his brother from the beginning. Adopting these two kitties you will get the perfect companions. Ferris is the love bug down for cuddles and kisses any time any place. Bueller doesn't like to be carried, but he loves playing with all toys, loves licky sticks, and will cuddle on your lap. A ReJoyceful Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy

Thank you for considering A ReJoyceful Animal Rescue for your new fur baby! If you are interested in one of our animals, please fill out an application on our website at www.rejoycefulrescue.com for that animal. Please allow up to 72 business hours after submitting your application for a response. Our application process is as follows: 1. After your application has been received and reviewed, the foster parent of the animal will reach out to see if you have any specific questions regarding the animal. Prior to setting up a meet and greet, we will complete a vet check to ensure all animals currently in your home are up to date on vaccines, spayed or neutered and in good health. 2. Once your application has passed a vet check, we will set up a time for a meet and greet. The meet and greet is no-obligation and simply allow the foster to meet you and for you to meet them! We always host our meet and greets on a "neutral ground" if there are other animals and ensure proper introductions are done to allow safety for all. 3. Last but not least, if we both decide you might be the perfect furever family, we will reach out to set up a time for a home check. The purpose of the home check is simply to ensure the animal is heading to a safe environment. If necessary, our foster may point out items that can cause health issues or potential safety issues. 4. Once this process has been completed and approved, our finalization team will prepare an electronic contract for your signature confirming the adoption. Our adoption fee is $450 for dogs and $200 for cats. We ask, whenever possible, the hand off of your new fur family member is to be done at a local Petsmart to allow us to receive additional charity dollars to help our foundation. Your foster family will provide more information on this. We appreciate your patience during the process and pride ourselves on the best possible placement for our fosters. Please note, our applications are not "first come, first serve" and we will review each application equally to ensure the best home is selected for our animals.
