Buddy's Story

Buddy is a very special approximately 3-year-old orange tabby who has been through more than any cat should have to endure. Despite his difficult start in life, Buddy has remained an incredibly sweet, loving boy—and he is quite possibly the ultimate purring machine!

Buddy absolutely adores people and loves receiving affection. He will happily roll over for pets and may even offer you his belly, showing just how much he trusts the people around him.

Buddy seems to be comfortable around other cats, but he would also be perfectly happy as your one-and-only companion. What he really wants is a person who will give him the love, security, and kindness he has been missing.

Buddy came to the rescue after wandering up to the home of a kind woman who took him in from the streets. He has a deformity in his back legs, but thankfully, his legs are not broken and he is not in pain. He has a unique little walk, but he gets around just fine and doesn't let his different way of walking slow him down.

After everything Buddy has been through, we want nothing more than to see him in a safe, loving home where he can finally relax and know that he is cherished.

If you're looking for an affectionate, gentle companion with a huge heart and a motorboat purr, Buddy may be the special boy you've been waiting for.

Buddy doesn't need someone to feel sorry for him—he needs someone to love him. And he has so much love to give in return.

Buddy has been neutered, vaccinated, defleaed and dewormed, microchipped and tested negative for FIV/FeLV.
