Meet Buddy!<br/><br/>Buddy came to us after his dad became ill. As the weeks turned into over a month, and Buddy's dad was not improving, he had to surrender Buddy to us. The 2 1/2 months here at the shelter have had an effect on Buddy, and we hope a forever home all his own will change that.<br/><br/>Buddy is quiet and calm. He enjoys a bit of petting, but is a little reserved, at least in our environment. He can get overstimulated from too much affection, so it's important to watch for signals.<br/><br/>He is a beautiful cat, with yellow eyes and soft fur - and his tabby half tail adds to his charm!<br/><br/>He has lived most of his life with a quiet elderly gentleman, so he would be a good cat for a home without children or other pets. His owner was so very sad to have to part with him. <br/><br/>We told the man Buddy was a good cat, and he firmly corrected us and sad "No. He is a GREAT cat!" <br/><br/>That says everything.
