Buddy's Story
Meet Buddy, a big goofball with a lot of love to give! Buddy is approximately 5-7 years old.

Buddy is a big beautiful grey and white special needs tomcat. He loves curling up next to people in bed and active playtime. He has some heart and lung issues and needs to take Furosemide and Clopidogrel daily but is still very active.

When ACP first trapped him they noticed some issues with his breathing but now that he is on medication his only symptom is getting tired and belly breathing after active playtime which he quickly recovers from.

Buddy is great about taking his medication and is extremely playful and friendly. I really can’t stress just how friendly he is, it only took two days before he started curling up with me in bed, which he now does every night. He does get overstimulated after playing too much and nips but he is very good about not actually biting.

Buddy has been in a house with other cats but was prone to playing rough and chasing them around so preferably he would be an only-cat or be with another cat that can deal with his high energy.

What Buddy is looking for in a home:

- Buddy has lots of energy and will benefit from plenty of active play time.
- Buddy needs to live indoors only.
- Buddy prefers to be the only cat in the house but may do well with an energetic playmate.
- Buddy has no known history with dogs.
- Buddy has no known history with children.
- Buddy needs Furosemide and Clopidogrel daily for heart and lung issues.

All Alley Cat Project’s cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated prior to adoption.

Thank you for your interest in adopting Buddy!
