Buddy's Story

Buddy was brought to our shelter after he was found as a stray. He is about 3 years old. Unfortunately, Buddy tested positive for Feline Leukemia Virus (Felv). He does not require any medication for it, but Felv does greatly reduce the life span of cats once they are diagnosed. Buddy is a sweet, but shy guy. He is warming up to us, but he would do so much better in a home. He is healthy and so, so handsome. He would need to live as an only cat or with other Felv+ cats. Buddy would be fine in a home with dogs or children, but he would likely prefer a quieter environment so he can adjust easily at his own pace. We are hoping Buddy can find a home quickly so that he can start living his life with a loving family as soon as possible!
