BUDDY had a home, but his guardian felt she had too many pets and returned BUDDY and his housemate Timbre. His guardian shared that "BUDDY will become your most loyal best friend. He can be shy but loves a good snuggle. BUDDY is great with other cats, is selective with dogs, and great with kids. He also loves just hanging out from some down time. BUDDY is just a happy, and playful cat that will love you till the end." <br/><br/>BUDDY likes to play with crinkle balls.<br/><br/>Since his time at the shelter, BUDDY seems to be fine with the other cats. He is food motivated. At 17+ pounds, he is a lot of cat, so may not like being picked up. But he is always happy to see visitors. He probably would be ok with a slow introduction to non-aggressive pets and children old enough to understand soft pets, no squeezing hugs.<br/><br/>After having a home his whole life, BUDDY was confused by his new circumstances, but he is a go-with-the-flow kind of guy. He's a lot of love rolled into a cute round body. He's ready to find his true forever home!<br/><br/>A group of children came in to visit and BUDDY went from child to child to say hello, He even sat in the chair with one of them.
