Buddy's Story

Buddy lived in a New Braunfels RV park and eluded trapping, until he was badly hurt and taken to a vet for care. He is FIV and FELV negative and has fully recovered. He was a model patient while recovering at the vet hospital and has loved the easy life of a home. He still needs a safe option of some outdoor time, but Buddy does not roam and stays very close He will bond with a person and makes himself a good attentive companion. Buddy does not like dogs because of their harassment in the RV park, but he is adjusting to our dogs. He still needs boundaries set by his people to tolerate his doggy friends. It is a process and he is improving. Buddy is very goods the other cats, but best in a home with a cat that is good but firm with other cats. Buddy has been very good with people, suggesting he was first a pet, He accepts corrections when behavior is wrong and with time he will do well in a home, Buddy is a powerful male cat, it is best to have older children that understand animal body language and boundaries. Please request an application by email, catalliesoftexas@gmail.com
