Bread Basket's Story

Meet Bread Basket (or "BB" for short)!

This beautiful black-and-white girl is playful, independent, and full of quiet charm. While in rescue, Bread Basket has slowly been adjusting to the comforts of indoor life; she's come such a long way from her street days. Within just six hours of rescue, she surprised her foster by giving birth to five adorable kittens in the bathroom-and she was an amazing, devoted mama! Now that her kittens are grown, it's her turn to be cared for and adored.

BB loves batting at her favorite ball-in-track toy, exploring cat tunnels, and lounging on her cat tower. She enjoys being petted once she feels comfortable, though she prefers minimal handling and only likes being held firmly (if at all). With patience and understanding, she'll reward you with trust and affection at her own pace.

She hasn't met other cats, dogs, or kids in rescue, and we recommend she finds her furrever home in a quiet stress free household.

Fully litter trained and content with her independence, Bread Basket is ready to find a loving home where she can continue her journey from brave street mom to cherished companion.

Bread Basket is fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative, and up to date on vaccinations for her age.

Adoption Fee: $250 + applicable tax

MEET ME/ADOPT ME: If you'd like to begin the adoption process, please fill out an adoption application by visiting https://www.twincitiespetrescue.org/adopt/ or clicking "Apply for Adoption".
