Bootsie's Story
Bootsie came to Good Mews with her family when their owner could no longer care for them. After raising her kittens, she’s ready to enjoy life for herself. Bootsie loves human interaction but prefers to be the only cat in the home and is indifferent to dogs. She can become overstimulated after handling or exams and may lash out, so she will need an adopter who is familiar with cat body language and can respect her boundaries. Bootsie may not do well in a home with young children, but with the right calm, understanding environment, she will thrive as a sweet and affectionate companion.

Bootsie is FIV+ but don't let that scare you, FIV+ kitties can live long healthy lives.
