Bootsie's Story

Bootsie is a really charming kitty boy who loves to be held and cuddled and played with. He's very affectionate with people and his brother Boots and they are bonded and need to be adopted together. And he's polydactyl, with six toes on each front foot and four toes on each back foot! The boys appeared in Sea Breeze, a neighborhood of East Irondequoit near Lake Ontario, in May outdoors and we don't know if they were born there or if they were dumped by somebody who didn't want the kittens. They were about 3 months old at the time and came to neighbors' houses to eat. One of the neighbors asked for help getting them into a rescue or a foster inside. I brought them into my kitchen where I've been fostering them for the past month or more. They are now neutered and vaccinated and microchipped, combo tested healthy, and given flea, tick, and parasite treatment. The boys are adorable and count on each other, cuddling and playing together. They can also play separately and love to explore. They need to live indoors in a house with no other pets. They were frightened by a larger cat who was attacking them when they lived outside, which was why the feeder asked for help in quickly getting them indoors. A bonded pair of lovely brothers who will become your own best friends!
