Boots's Story
DOB: 01/01/2016

Boots is a spayed 9 year old female tortoiseshell. Boots came to us from an abusive and neglectful home. She was extremely afraid and shy.

During the last 7 months she has become very friendly and seeks attention. She enjoys being petted, sitting next to her foster and is learning that the lap is a comfortable place. She is trusting enough that she will lay on her side get her belly petted.

Boots needs a quiet fur ever home where she can continue to gain trust in people and become braver in her adventures. She will need someone with patience. It will probably take a few weeks before she’s comfortable in her new home. She will tolerate another cat, but hisses and will not engage with them.
