Hi, my name is Boooal aka Boo Boo, but my foster mom calls me Hoot since my meow sounds more like a tiny screech owl. My estimated birthday is May 5, 2026, and I am a male brown tabby kitten. I was rescued from the parking lot of an office building as an injured little guy. At first it looked like my face and jaw were really hurt, but it turns out it is only cosmetic – no big injury or broken bones! I’m missing a little piece of my chin, but that doesn’t stop me from chowing down. <br/><br/>I am an absolute love bug – I start purring as soon as I am picked up. I love love love to snuggle with my foster mom – I have made her late for work encouraging her to snuggle in the bed. I am good with other cats – I have not been around dogs or kids but my foster mom thinks I would do just fine because I am a brave and confident boy. If you need a buddy for me, my foster siblings are Bobbert and Zippy.

Adopters must: • Provide inside only homes, with the exception of barn cat placements and special situations where a cat has a behavioral or medical issue that requires outdoor living. • Have another young dog, cat, or rabbit living in the home if adopting a young kitten or puppy. • Be over the age of 18 and have permission from the person who owns the residence. • Not have a history of animal abuse or neglect. • Have had all current dogs and cats spayed/neutered and vaccinated unless there is a medical reason. • Have everyone living in the home agree to adopting a new pet. • Have permission from the homeowner, landlord, etc. to adopt the pet. • Provide a reference and have an established veterinarian for any current pets. Any exceptions to the conditions provided above require approval of the Executive Director or the Board.
