Boojee

This striking girl is Boojee. She was born sometime in 2016. She came to Lifehouse when her owners were relocating and could not take their pet with them. Boojee is an independent cat who definitely knows what she likes and does not like - and she lets you know about it! Boojee was probably not well socialized as a kitten and does not warm to people quickly. She is fine with people and other cats as long as they give her space and don't expect anything in return. You never know when she will decide to swat you with claws extended - hence the nickname "Mean Girl". Boojee has given several of our volunteers scratches to remember her by. She would do best in a home with someone who has considerable cat experience and is willing to let her be who she is. It will take a special person/family to adopt this girl.
