Boo's Story
Boo is a sweet kitty who would make a wonderful companion to another friendly cat or kitten. She loves to snuggle and make biscuits on her favourite kitty companion and loves to be cuddled and groomed by him. She is less comfortable around humans than she is around her feline friends, however. She does let herself be pet - especially while being bribed with food or treats, or if she’s snoozing on the cat tree - but generally prefers being nearby, but out of arms’ reach of her fosters.

On some occasions, she really does enjoy the pets, leaning into them and drooling in enjoyment! While she sometimes enjoys the attention and even allows having her luxurious fur be brushed, she will sometimes hiss or swat out of nervousness when she feels overstimulated or too anxious. For someone looking for a stunning kitty who is amazing with other cats, but is not a lap kitty, Boo could be a wonderful fit. Given her timid personality, a quiet home without young children or dogs would be best. We think Boo was born in July 2023.

NOTE 1: Spays, neuters, first vaccinations and vet checks are included in the adoption fee.

NOTE 2: Because a young kitten needs feline companionship, it is the policy of Cat Rescue Network that kittens 6 months or younger be adopted out in pairs unless there is another kitten or young cat already in the home.

NOTE 3: Cat Rescue Network only adopts their cats to homes in the National Capital region of Canada
