BONGO's Story

Bongo is about 2-3 years old. He came from a community of cats who lived outside on the Peninsula. He’s confident, energetic and full of life. Of course, his personality has definitely been shaped by the time he spent fending for himself ‘round the other cats in the community. And because of this, we’re pretty sure he’ll want to have his new family all to himself.

He’s ok with being indoors as long as he can have a nice protected outdoor space, like he has here at Safe Haven. He likes having his own space for a change. And he hasn’t had experience with dogs, so we don’t know how he’d get along with them. The ideal home for him will be one with no small children and no other pets. And he really needs experienced cat people who can speak Cat and understand that Bongo is very unpredictable.

So give us a call if you’d like to meet Bongo. Staff will set up a “meet & greet” appointment for you.
