Bobo's Story

Hi, I'm BoBo!

I spent years living the outdoor life, doing my best to survive on the streets. During the COVID pandemic, I wandered up to one of E Rescue Houston's foster homes and decided it looked like a pretty good place to hang out. I made some human friends, but I wasn't quite ready to give up my outdoor adventures, so I continued coming and going as I pleased.

As time went on, life outside became harder. The other neighborhood cats weren't always friendly, and I started coming home with injuries from trying to defend myself. Eventually, my foster family decided enough was enough and brought me inside where I could be safe and heal.

That's when everyone discovered the truth: I'm really not a tough street cat at all! Deep down, I'm a sweet, friendly guy who loves having a warm bed, regular meals, and people who care about me. It turns out I was always meant to be an indoor cat—I just needed someone to give me the chance.

Now I'm looking for a forever home where I can leave my days of street life behind and enjoy the good life. I promise to trade my wandering ways for love, companionship, and plenty of gratitude.
