Blur - so desperate for a family!'s Story
Meet Blur 💜 — Is there a special home out there for her?

Blur is an absolutely stunning dilute tortie who is growing into such a beautiful young cat. Her coat is thick, plush, and uniquely gorgeous — but her quiet, gentle soul is what really makes her special.

Blur didn’t have the easiest start in life. She was born under a filthy trailer, with little human interaction during her early months. Once she and her siblings were old enough, curiosity brought them out into the world — and they were always around the people at the site, along with the other kitties. Despite being older kittens (around 6 months) when they first experienced human touch, they never showed fear or aggression. They simply watched, learned, and slowly chose to trust. It’s rare to see cats socialize themselves the way this group did.

Blur was heartbreakingly returned to her outdoor site at the request of the caretaker after her spay, even though we knew she deserved so much more. When the caretaker later passed away, we feared Blur might have become too feral without continued handling.

But Blur proved us wrong.

At about 8 months old, I was able to walk right up to her, gently pick her up, and place her into a carrier. Once home, I lifted her out again — she leaned into my touch and began to purr. She remembered kindness. She wants connection. And she does not want to go back to that rough place.

Blur is a quiet, smart girl who will thrive in a patient, understanding home willing to give her a little time to settle in. With consistency and love, she will blossom into a deeply loyal companion.

If you have room in your heart and home for this gorgeous girl, Blur would love to meet you.

📍 Located in Everett
📧 Please email saranw1103@gmail.com with a bit about yourself and the home you can provide.

Sometimes the most special cats are the ones who just need someone to believe in them. 💜I’m
