Blossom's Story
Bonded pair with brother JETT (who has another profile on our facility's page).

Blossom has fully embraced her role as the princess of our Right-Side Room. She belonged to a litter that was orphaned at a little less than two weeks old, so she was bottle fed and babied throughout her kittenhood. Now, being coddled does tend to spoil kittens just a bit, and she is a prime example of how that looks in an adult. Under no circumstances is anyone to enter our Right-Side Room without at least acknowledging Blossom, lest she make a scene.
Perched up high, Blossom can most likely be found on one of her cat trees, looking down on the rest of the room. In search of attention, she descends to greet visitors, usually with a "chirp!" like meow that is uniquely Blossom. Upon meeting, she will wait for you to reach your hand out and promptly start licking you, something I'm told she's done her whole life. I'm not exactly sure why she does this.... just that she does it to everyone without fail. Should you start petting her, she might even chase your hand to start grooming you in return. Blossom is most fond of a relatively calm atmosphere, as shown by her love of heights. No one can bother her up there.
Blossom does wonderfully with children and other cats so long as they show her the respect she commands. She does prefer company in most cases and will actively seek out attention from those around her, trailing after people and winding between their feet. Blossom and her brother, Jett, (who can be seen behind her in one of her photos) are typically within a four-foot radius of each other at any given time, so it would be more than welcome for them to be adopted out together. He's always up for tagging along on an adventure with her. She says herself that she is in the market for a home willing to indulge her and her whims. A few cat trees are also a requirement of hers.
