Blossom's Story
Cherry is a sweet girl who has the most adorable cherry stem looking whiskers we have ever seen! They are always curled and her fur on her back has the most interesting texture. We have to wonder if there isn't some Wirehair or Rex in her genetics somewhere as her "bib" is also a little bit wavy.

Cherry and her sister Blossom (that's right, their names together are Cherry Blossom) came to us in March of 2024 with their sister Apple. Apple got adopted quickly since she is extremely outgoing. Cherry and Blossom have took quite some time to come out of their shells, but are now very sweet and affectionate girls.

Blossom is very sweet, but is shy as slow to trust. She took longer to warm up to their foster, but now comes up and meows for pets. Her favorite place is the back of the head scritches, and will also come up and "pat-pat" with her paw on her foster's leg when she wants to be petted. She likes to sleep at her foster's feet or near her head at night. Her favorite toy in the whole world is a simple hair tie. She knows the sound of it popping and will come running to play, she also will play fetch with it at times.

They do both have genetic stomatitis (a disease of the gums) and have both had all of their back teeth removed. It is unlikely, but there is a small chance that they will need to have their incisors and canines removed later in life.

Both Cherry and Blossom may be shy, but they will make loving and fun companions for someone willing to meet them where they are at and take the time to let them come to their them to open up. They are a bonded pair and do need to be adopted together.
