Meet Blinky! This gorgeous kitty is playful and sweet. Blinky can be a bit timid at first and will need some time to warm up. Blinky really enjoy treats! That and playing with him will earn his trust. He is great with other cats and does well with the dogs in his foster home. (Adoptions to RI, NH and NY require an additional $50 fee for the Health Certificate, a requirement of the state).
