Blimey is delightfully ornery with just the right touch of cranky charm. He is 10 years old and came to us after not getting along with and bullying another cat in his previous home. He was not a happy camper when he first arrived, but he has started to settle in and show his calmer, friendly side. Blimey enjoys attention and affection, just on his own terms. He likes to climb into your lap for a cuddle — but no petting, please! <br/><br/>Blimey is content simply being near his people, whether you are working, reading, or watching TV. He will thrive in a quiet and relaxed adult-only home with patient and understanding adopters who will love him exactly as he is. Blimey needs to be the only cat in the home, as he does not enjoy sharing his space with other cats. He has not been tested with dogs. Blimey is healthy and has excellent litter box manners. <br/><br/>Blimey has love and companionship to give — he just shows it in his own unique way! He would be a purrfect match for someone who appreciates a cat with boundaries, subtle affection, and an independent presence.
