MEET BLANCHE!<br/><br/>Blanche is a beautiful 1-2-year-old girl who needs a special adopter. Blanche came to us as a feral kitty but she has really come around a lot socially in foster. She needs a patient adopter who will continue to let her grow and trust. <br/><br/>But even more than that, Blanche has been confirmed to be FELV-positive, which means she has Feline Leukemia. Because of this, she cannot be returned outside, but she also cannot be in a home with non-FELV kitties, especially those not vaccinated specifically for FELV. <br/><br/>FELV+ cats can live healthy lives for several years, some for many years! The disease is contagious but they can be in a home with another FELV+ cat (and Blanche would love a playmate) or as an only cat. <br/><br/>Her foster writes this about her:<br/><br/>Hi my name is Blanche.
