In life, as in Blackjack or any card game, it’s not about the cards you’re dealt, it’s how you play the game. I’m a friendly, pretty 1 ½-year-old girl whose owner passed away, and unfortunately, his family could not keep me or any of the other 9 cats who lived with me. That’s not the best hand, is it? We’ve been in a foster home since late June. I am choosy about my feline companions. You might call me “purr-snickety” – sometimes I get along with other cats, but other times, I will attack, seemingly at random. I wish I could explain what’s going on in my head when that happens. The best way for me to play “fair and square” is if I can be an only cat in the home.
