Blackie

Blackie is a young female kitty who is still quite nervous around new folks and friends. She has come out of her shell quite a bit but she still needs her time and space with new folks. <br/><br/>Once she has warmed up, she enjoys being pet and playing with toys. She will need a patient family, probably one with older kids since she's nervous around a lot of activity. <br/><br/>Blackie is spayed, up to date on her vaccines including distemper and rabies, has received her latest monthly dose of flea & tick preventative and has been feline leukemia & FIV tested. She is negative. <br/><br/>We do not know how she would do with dogs - this is something we have not tested. She doesn't seem to mind other cats, but doesn't like a super outgoing and curious cat in her space. She prefers to keep to herself and observe from a quiet place. <br/><br/>She is simply waiting for the right person to come in, fall in love and take her home.
