dob 12/22/22<br/><br/>Blackie was one of four cats advertised as FREE on a sign on a hardware store door. TC Paw happened to have a spay/neuter clinic going on that day, so we contacted the owner, took all four into the clinic, and then placed them in TC Paw foster homes. Blackie, like the other cats in this group, was confused at first by the sudden change in her environment and was a bit standoffish. She even growled at the other cats. She's more at ease now and is very sweet and gentle. She meows softly for attention and likes to have her face scratched. She loves to eat, and she gets along with kids and other cats. Blackie has a beautiful long coat and an occasionally grumpy expression, but she's not really grumpy, except sometimes with her kittens Moonie and Honeybee.
