She’s a shy sweetheart who needs a little time and patience to feel safe—but once she does, her gentle personality starts to shine.<br/><br/>She’ll need to start off in a small, quiet space like a crate or a bathroom where she can adjust at her own pace. A confident, friendly resident cat is a must—she really relies on feline companionship to help her feel secure and learn the ropes.<br/><br/>Once she begins to settle in, she loves rubbing up against her people and will happily show off her big purr. She’s also a total sucker for squeeze-up treats!<br/><br/>Black Widow is looking for a calm, adult-only (or older children) home with patient adopters who understand that some cats take the scenic route to trust.
