Black Widow's Story

Meet Black Widow!

Life started rough for this little girl. At just 3 weeks old, Black Widow and her littermates were discovered in a shed by a kind Good Samaritan who had been keeping an eye on the family and looking for a way to help them. Sadly, mom had already passed away, and Black Widow was one of 6 kittens found that day. She and her sister June Bug (now happily adopted!) were the smallest of the litter.

It hasn't been an easy road. The whole litter battled intestinal parasites together, but Black Widow pulled through and has come out the other side as a happy, healthy, active kitten who is more than ready to find a family — and a home — of her very own.

Black Widow is a total sweetheart who loves to play with her littermate brother Firefly (who is also still looking for his forever home!). When she's not causing mischief with her siblings, you can find her hanging out on the cat scratcher condo, chowing down on her favorite food, or batting around her beloved spring toys.

Black Widow has tested negative for FIV/FeLV, has a clean fecal test, and is up to date on vaccines for her age. He is microchipped, and already spayed!

Could you open your heart and your home to a poor little girl who's already overcome so much? Black Widow is ready to give you all the love she's got — all she needs is you
