Bits's Story

Bit is goofier than his brother Kibble. He will find a speck on the floor and has to attack it, bouncing around in circles. You will also sometimes find him scooting himself along the floor on his side. He's playful and energetic and loves to wrestle and chase his brother Kibble. Sometimes they do the kitty equivalent of a football player jump up and chest bump with each other. He plays hard and then needs to recharge, usually in a puddle with his brother or somewhere close by.

Bit loves pets and is starting to get up on his foster's lap for a cuddle but doesn't hang out too long. He will reward you for any attention with loud purrs that can be heard across the room and nose bumps. However, he's starting to figure the pleasures of a nice warm lap and his stays are getting longer. Bit has started to become more vocal and will chatter at you, usually when he wants something. He loves springy toys and laser pointers. He carries the springy around to where he wants to play with it, which sometimes is the litter box. But other than that, he's got good litter box habits.

Keitha's Kittie Rescue's Adoption Policy
All submitted applications will be submitted to the board for pre-approval. When approved by the board we will contact you. Keep in mind there are no guarantees. We place our kittens and cats in homes with the best fit based on personality, age, and location. Priority is always given to families adopting two kittens instead of one. They do much better in pairs, especially if they are very young. We do not adopt young kittens to homes as only pets. If you have selected a specific cat or kitten(s), we are forwarding your information to the foster for a meet and greet. Please let us know if you do not hear from someone within 24 hours. After the meet and greet, please let us know if you would like to move forward. We ask you to send a video to us showing where your kitten will reside when it arrives home. They like to be in small areas/rooms where they feel safe and can retreat to when they are scared. We would also like a video introduction to any other pets you have and your plan for introducing them to their new family member. Videos can be sent via PM to our page or via email, whichever works best for you. PLEASE NOTE: Kittens will be offered to best fit households (priority is given to homes who want 2 kittens) and hopefully your home will fit with the kitten you have chosen. We do not adopt single young kittens to homes if there is no other young cat in the home (under 2 years old). We have received many applications and it is a slow process. But we will get back to you. Feel free to ask any questions and we will get back to you as soon as possible Thank you for your patience and support!
