Biscuit was discovered as a little stray. He does great with dogs and playful, young cats. He might have too much energy for an older, laid back cat. He loves affection and gives powerful head bonks. He also loves to play! He's a sweet, loving boy to his foster mom, about a year in age, and ready for a forever home to call his very own!
