Billy The Bandit's Story
A volunteer writes:
Billy the Bandit is one of the prettiest Tuxedo I have ever seen. A Steiff stuffed toy I had as a child looked just like him. Billy the Bandit is with us because of the very upsetting "no pet policy". He is said to be a timid cat with strangers and kids, a great companion to other cats and dogs and a very friendly and affectionate(although fearful at times) pet to his family. At the care center, Billy the Bandit has not yet come out of his shell. He does not hiss or swat but makes himself small at the back of his cubby, occasionally coming slightly forward for treats and a brief gentle caress on the head. He has a cold right now, which does not help. Billy the Bandit is likely a very good cat who is having a hard time in a shelter environment without all the important beings and things blessing his life. He needs a quiet home and an understanding new family to bloom again as a loving and wonderful pet. Ask about Billy the Bandit when you come to the Manhattan Care Center!

What my friends at ACC say about me:
Cheek and chin scratches make me so happy!
I would appreciate slow introductions to new people and places to help me feel safe.
I lived with children in my previous home. Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 10.3lbs Age: 2yrs 0mths 3wks
