Billy Ray needs a dental cleaning and once received he will be ready for adoption.<br/><br/>Billy Ray is a very friendly curious cat. He loves to snuggle as high as he can on you and will rub his face all over yours while purring. We joke that he doesn’t understand personal space. <br/><br/>He also has no fear, he walks beside the vacuum as it runs. He is always interested in what you are doing. He is also a cuddle bug, curling up on your lap or laying next to you on the couch or in bed. Billy Ray is good with kids, cats and is curious about dogs.<br/><br/>Billy Ray deserves a forever family that will shower him with attention. Could that family be you? <br/><br/>The first step in our adoption process is the application, which can be found on our website, lapcats.org. <br/><br/>All of our cats have tested negative for FELV and are vaccinated. They have not only been spayed or neutered but have also been treated for worms, fleas, and have been microchipped.<br/><br/>We will register their microchip for you, provide you with a free exam visit to a participating Sacramento veterinarian, and a goodie bag!
