Billy is a handsome boy who is looking for his forever home! He was found as a stray with his four other siblings back in 2023. All of his siblings have already been adopted, yet Billy is still waiting for his forever home! He is still a little skittish and will definitely need some time to get adjusted to knew people and his new surroundings. However, with a little TLC we hope he will come out of his shell and become more comfortable with people.
