He keeps us laughing every day with his silly antics and big personality, and we would love nothing more than to see him find a family of his own. <br/>Billy is a special-needs kitty with coordination challenges, sometimes called “wobbly cat syndrome.” Because of this, he needs a home without stairs or high places that he could climb onto but wouldn’t be able to safely get down from. With a safe, accessible environment, Billy can enjoy all the things that make him happiest!<br/> Zoomies: His absolute favorite!<br/> Soft blankets: His comfort zone.<br/> Other cats: He loves them!<br/> Dogs: He loves them too!<br/>Billy may wobble, but that certainly doesn’t slow down his zest for life.
