Meet Billy! This loving guy is about 2-4 years old. Sadly, Billy’s owner passed away suddenly. So, we don’t have any history on him. However, we do know that he was a shy cat for the first few days of being at the shelter (can you blame him though?). Now this boy is all about pets and purrs. Billy’s picture doesn’t do him justice on how big and handsome he really is. Billy can’t wait to find his furever home!
